I saw this on Mommy Fleur's Pinterest and all I can say is AMEN! Motherhood is hard, each mom is different, each mom has their own ways of parenting, and you can't blame a mom if she feels like she's going crazy, not want to be around her child/ren and just want to have a me-time. Moms are not perfect, we're also human.
And with that, raise your right hands and repeat after me. CHAROT!

ReplyDeleteBoom! Right on point. I guess this is why I'm a bit careful about sharing my personal life on my blog: I know moms out there can get the wrong idea about things, sometimes! I've had moms berate me for feeding my kid KFC while touting that I order organic veggies. I'm like: DEAL with it, that's the way I do things! :) Whatever I share is really just MY business anyway, but you can't help people who will judge/nitpick/categorize you as being a certain kind of mom. Well, I'm comfortable about being the kind of mom I am, making the decisions I've made! At least, I can admit that I will be answerable for any oddball children I turn out, LOL.
