The New Babyland and Spaces by Babyland!

I always see Babyland whenever we pass Shaw Boulevard going to Shanri-la or Megamall. I was always curious about Babyland but never really went in and recently the store went into a renovation and repositioned as an outlet for products here and abroad that are highly rated by independent consumer bodies and relevant to mothers.

Did you know that Babyland was founded in the 1970's? It has attracted generations of mothers.

Babyland products, which focus on nursing and feeding items as well as travel accessories and beddings, are sampled and tested by a panel of mothers headed by its founder Tess Rodriguez-Alba (second from left).

Isabela la Ó-Arcenas (left most), marketing general manager, also explained that they were able to research about products and connect with other like-minded moms globally through the internet and other media. They select many of their merchandise from listings of top products created by passionate parents and other groups. They've realized that through new media, they can influence the creation and growth of products helpful to them and their loved ones.

If I wasn't in hurry to go home, I would have browsed every single aisle of Babyland! I love trying out new baby products!

Another new addition to the flagship store is the Spaces by Babyland. Spaces by Babyland is a venue for mom-certified events such as Mad Science presentations that make science engaging for kids, mom and kiddie yoga, sessions on putting together attractive and nutritious lunch boxes by Nanay’s Lunches with Love.
